Designing for the digital accountant

As a UX designer at Hogia Business Products, I collaborated in a UX duo, concentrating on cloud-based accounting software, particularly on Hogia Open Business. My role spanned the entire development cycle, involving UX research, co-designing solutions with developers, and actively monitoring user feedback in the live product.

Given the specialized user group of accountants, I emphasized user interviews and feedback to gain insights into their needs, challenges, and the intricacies of their profession.
